Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support client requests, deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries.
• Assist in measuring Client Service Standards across BBH products.
• Provide filtering and escalation for client requests.
• Utilize internal technology to manage client inquiries.
• Respond to internal inquiries and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures and controls.
• Review issues requiring escalation with the client service team.
• Coordinate NAV production and investor statements reporting to clients.
• Develop knowledge in Fund Accounting or Custody.
