Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston is seeking an entry-level Client Service Rep-Alts (CSR) to service and oversee assigned client relationships across Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody. Working under direct supervision, you will assist in overseeing operational production, client accounts and reporting to ensure high client satisfaction.

You will develop knowledge in core functions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to timely responses and issue resolution while growing knowledge

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist in servicing client requests, delivering resolutions and ensuring timely issue handling.
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries effectively.
• Support measurement of client service standards across BBH products for assigned clients.
• Provide filtration and escalation for client requests to appropriate teams.
• Use internal technology solutions to manage and escalate client inquiries.
• Escalate to Senior CSR when necessary and provide timely responses.
