Powder Mountain is seeking a Cook I for our Food & Beverage team in Eden, Utah. This seasonal full‑time position involves cooking, prep work, and keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with safety standards.

You will support Mountain operations and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals for guests at altitude. Qualified candidates have experience in fast-paced kitchens, Utah Food Handlers Permit, and a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of safe usage and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks.
• Help fulfill and update stock and prep lists.
• Work with Mountain Chef and Cook 3 to continually improve operations.
• Prepare food, sauces, and produce for meals.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, orderly, well stocked.
• Wash dishes.
• Adhere to early morning starts and potential late evenings.
