Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a Cook II for our seasonal kitchen team. You will prepare, cook, and season menu items, perform mise-en-place, and assist the Sous Chef and Chef with daily menus, specials, soups, stews, and chilies.

This role supports guest service during peak periods and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should have at least 1 year of cook/kitchen experience, the ability to work quickly and accurately, lift up to 40 lbs, and follow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of cook and kitchen experience.
• Ability to prepare, cook, and season food in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and complete duties on time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain proper storage and sanitation procedures.
• Post-hire background check required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities
