Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners is seeking a PT Seasonal Cook at Arizona Snowbowl to prepare quality food, follow recipes, and uphold health standards in a high-volume alpine setting. You will collaborate with Front of House, Mountain Operations, and event teams, assist with inventory, receiving, and FIFO practices, and participate in opening, closing, and seasonal setup.

A valid Food Handlers Card is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygienic handling practices.
• Proficiency in knife skills and strict adherence to kitchen knife safety protocols.
• Strong commitment to delivering quality food and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently from POS, kiosk, mobile ordering, and websales systems.
• Monitor ticket flow and prioritize orders based on production times and service standards.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and product receiving procedures.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and minimize food waste through proper portioning.
• Assist with opening, closing, and seasonal setup/breakdown activities.
• Support other Food & Beverage and Mountain Operations functions as needed.
