Job summary

Hawaiian Bros in Portland, OR is seeking a Certified Leader to captain the shift, guide a diverse crew, and deliver warm, island-inspired service at 1125 SE Grand Ave.

As the leader on duty, you will supervise opening and closing tasks, maintain food quality and safety standards, train new team members, handle cash and inventory, and keep the restaurant running smoothly with aloha spirit.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Prior leadership or team experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Must have flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Aloha: provide warm, upbeat leadership to the crew while delivering top-notch service.
• Customer Service Superstar: greet guests, handle concerns, ensure guests leave feeling satisfied.
• Team Player: supervise and motivate crew, ensure tasks are clear and standards are met.
• Operations Maestro: oversee daily operations, ensure food quality, manage pace, troubleshoot issues.
• Train & Inspire: onboard new team members with aloha to ensure smooth experiences.
• Shift Management: handle opening/closing duties, cash management, inventory control.
