Job summary

Hawaiian Poke Bowl in the United States is seeking enthusiastic shift leaders to join our fast-paced team. Whether you have prior leadership experience in hospitality or are eager to grow into a management role, we will train you and support your development.

You will supervise student workers, ensure quality bowls, assist customers, manage opening and closing shifts, monitor KPIs, and pursue growth from shift leader to restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as shift leader or managerial role in hospitality or food service.
• Willingness to train and grow within the company.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work full-time or part-time shifts.
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene (HACCP) concepts preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Customer-focused with professional handling of inquiries or complaints.
• Motivation to grow into higher roles within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of student workers and create a positive, efficient work atmosphere.
• Ensure quality and consistency of each bowl.
• Assist customers to craft their perfect bowl and provide top-notch service.
• Manage opening and closing shifts and keep operations running smoothly.
• Learn KPIs and how they drive restaurant performance.
• Pursue growth opportunities from shift leader to assistant manager or restaurant manager.
