You do not need insurance experience to apply. If you are competitive, coachable, strong on the phone, and willing to get licensed quickly, we will help train the right person.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in:

This is an in-office sales position. This is not remote. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, quoting customers, and asking for the sale.

What You’ll Do

• Sell auto, home, and personal insurance products
• Call warm leads, active prospects, referrals, and prior quote opportunities
• Build quotes and explain coverage options clearly
• Follow up consistently with unsold quotes and prospectsLearn how to sell value beyond just the cheapest price
• Ask for the sale and close new business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Keep clean notes and follow‑up activity in the CRM
