Job summary

The Ritz Agency is a nationally recognized Allstate agency seeking a Remote Life Insurance Sales Rep to convert hot leads and build lasting client relationships. You’ll handle outbound calls, guide customers through life insurance options, and close deals using a proven sales process.

First-year earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000, with top performers at $100,000+. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with match, health and life insurance, gym reimbursement, and a Monday–Friday schedule (8am-5pm).

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license required.
• Experience selling life insurance products.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Coachable, positive, and self-motivated mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
• Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Life Insurance Sales Rep, your day will include working hot leads provided by the agency, making outbound calls, following up with prospects and prior quotes, and guiding customers through their life insurance options. You’ll use a proven sales process, handle objections, ask for the sale, and build relationships that go beyond a single transaction.

Our agency is a 3‑time National Summit Agency Award and 3‑time Honor Ring Agency Award recipient and an Elite Allstate Agency. You’ll have direct support from leadership, access to technology and coaching, and a team that wants to help you improve while holding you accountable for your results.
