Join The Ritz Agency: Allstate Insurance, a 3-time National Summit Agency, 3-time Honor Ring Agency, and Elite Allstate Agency in Ocala, FL. We are hiring a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Professional to help grow one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in Marion County. This is not a remote position and this is not a customer-service-only desk job. This role requires daily outbound calls, quoting, follow-up, closing, and asking for the sale.

If you already have insurance sales experience with State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, an independent agency, an insurance call center, or another carrier, this could be a strong opportunity to join a high-performing local agency with a competitive compensation plan, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a team culture built around winning.

Not currently in insurance? We will also consider strong, coachable salespeople from other industries who are competitive, professional, and willing to get licensed quickly.
