Job summary

Obsidian Security in the United States is seeking a Sr Technical Marketing Manager - Alliances & Competitive Strategy to own high-impact alliance narratives and competitive positioning.

You will partner with product, engineering and sales to craft joint value propositions, lead launches, build battlecards, and translate market insights into scalable GTM programs. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring hands-on technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, technical, or partner marketing in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Hands-on technical background and ability to translate architecture into value.
• Experience in technology alliance marketing and joint launches with partners.
• Fluent in the cybersecurity buyer’s needs and buying process.

Responsibilities

• Own the Alliance Narrative with joint positioning and better-together value propositions.
• Lead competitive intelligence and develop a program with battlecards and decks.
• Create technical marketing content (architecture narratives, briefs, demos) to prove differentiation.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and sales to shape GTM and roadmap framing.
