Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Alliance Project Administrator to coordinate system-wide quality, patient safety, and operational improvement initiatives. You will align projects with institutional priorities, lead complex implementations, and promote evidence-based practice across clinical and administrative teams.

Under the Senior Corporate Director, you will manage multiple projects, lead Lean/Six Sigma efforts, and collaborate with IT and informatics to ensure data integrity and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years healthcare experience is required.
• PM experience is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma concepts and change-management understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a system-level project administrator for Alliance initiatives.
• Co-lead committees and participate in system-level CEQI meetings.
• Align projects with organizational priorities and advocate for resources to remove barriers.
• Independently manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects using industry-standard PM practices.
• Define governance, roles, and responsibilities.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, communicate status.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Maintain SharePoint and project artifacts; deliver presentations.
• Proactively identify and escalate delays/roadblocks.
• Provide periodic written status reports to leadership, including executives.
• Lead QI/PI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and evidence-based practice.
