Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Performance Improvement to lead our enterprise-wide quality and performance initiatives. You will integrate data analytics, stakeholder input, and regulatory requirements to drive measurable, sustainable improvements across our service lines.

In this role, you will guide problem identification through solution implementation, develop governance structures, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to advance patient and client safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree strongly desired.
• At least 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare performance improvement, analytics, or related field, including 2+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills; ability to work in virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Quality Improvement Program and Annual Quality Plan.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide performance measurement systems, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Analyze data across clinical, operational, financial, quality, safety, and patient experience domains.
• Partner with leaders to develop action plans, monitor progress, and sustain improvements.
• Engage patients, clients, families, and staff in performance improvement efforts.
