Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required.
• 3+ years progressive healthcare experience with project management, data analysis and improvement strategies.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, IHI Model for Improvement, or Human Factors Engineering is preferred.
• Participation in regulatory surveys such as Joint Commission, CMS, or PA DOH is required.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and PA DOH standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality, patient safety, infection control and regulatory programs.
• Lead annual QAPI plan development and infection control planning.
• Support survey readiness activities, chart reviews, and investigations (RCA/ACA).
• Promote a culture of safety and lead safety initiatives and patient safety surveys.
