Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year business/trade degree preferred or the equivalent in work experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and enters orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Processes EDI orders.
• Provides price quotes to customers for existing bill of materials.
• Coordinates and expedites deliveries; follows up on inquiries and order status.
• Maintains customer part numbers in the CMIR; loads data accurately.
