Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Allergy/ENT in the Peoria area with preferred Springfield residence within the territory. The role focuses on engaging Allergists, Pulmonologists and key customers to drive brand growth and revenue while maintaining strict compliance with US policies.

You will collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access teams and thought leaders, manage local speaker programs, and optimize the territory budget to achieve product goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings.
• Proven success in complex markets with compliant behavior.

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergy/Immunology/Pulmonology customers in the territory and deliver clinically focused selling messaging to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Regeneron counterparts, MSLs, Field Access Specialists, Market Access, and Thought Leader Liaisons to address customer needs and market dynamics.
• Build relationships with asthma/allergy specialists and office staff to support product adoption.
• Develop strategic plans to generate product utilization and territory growth.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize the territorial budget to support strategic goals and execution.
• Participate in industry congresses, meetings and medical conferences as needed.
• Own opportunities with large group practices and key targets to drive results.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive customer value.
