Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager for Allergy/ENT to engage Allergists and ENTs in a remote US geography and drive revenue growth. The role requires building relationships with immunology experts and coordinating with medical and field teams to meet product goals.

You will develop strategic plans, manage speaker programs, and optimize budgets while ensuring compliant promotion of therapies in the US market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
3+ years of sales experience.
Ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in competitive markets.
Ability to operate as a team player with internal colleagues to reach goals.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Engage Allergy/Immunology/ENT customers within assigned geography and deliver clinically focused messages.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address customer needs and develop strategies.
Develop relationships with immunology/Allergy/ENT specialists and coordinators.
Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow territory and revenue.
Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
