Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager to engage Allergists and Otolaryngologists within a remote US territory, delivering clinically focused messages to drive allergy/ENT brands and revenue. The ABM will collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, market access teams, and thought leaders to optimize account strategy and outcomes.

The role requires pharmaceutical sales experience, strong integrity, and the ability to travel for meetings and trainings across the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, or relevant healthcare-related experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
• Ability to operate as a team player in cooperation with collaboration partners and internal colleagues.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergy/Immunology and Otolaryngology customers within territory and deliver clinically focused messages to grow brand and revenue.
• Collaborate with Field-based stakeholders to address customer needs and market dynamics.
• Develop strong relationships with allergy experts, coordinators, and healthcare staff in the territory.
