Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a Reduced Full-Time Medical Assistant in the Denver area to support clinical operations across Castle Rock and Centennial/ Lakewood clinics. You will administer allergy tests and injections, assist with procedures, and handle front-office duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.

This role requires basic medical terminology knowledge, strong customer service, the ability to communicate clearly, and proficiency with EHR and practice management systems,

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Ability to take patient vitals and document accurately.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
• Willingness to cross-train front and back-office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vitals/history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections.
• Perform spirometry testing.
• Maintain accurate EHR entries and logs.
• Answer calls and provide information to patients.
• Manage clinical inventory and supplies.
