Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Colorado is looking for an Clinical Medical Assistant to support allergy, asthma, and sinus care. You will take vitals, record history, administer tests and injections, and assist with in‑office procedures.

You’ll work across front and back-office tasks, manage EHR entries, greet patients, answer calls, and help with scheduling, CT authorizations, and document scanning while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Exceptional customer-service skills.
• Effective, clear communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections.
• Ability to manually take patient vital signs.
• Ability to travel between clinics with a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms; obtain vitals, medical history, and current medications.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections.
• Conduct spirometry testing and record results in the EHR.
• Assist with front-office duties: greet patients, answer calls, schedule, and CT authorizations.
• Manage clinical inventory and complete end-of-day reports/logs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety protocols.
