Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Reduced Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our Clinical Support team. You'll administer allergy tests and injections, assist with in-office procedures, and help with front-office tasks while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Primary clinic is Castle Rock; schedule Mon Tue Thu 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with additional PRN travel to Centennial and Lakewood clinics.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Able to take vitals and document accurately in EHR.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and standing long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to other clinics.

Responsibilities

• Escort patient to exam room and obtain vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections and perform spirometry testing.
• Record patient information in the EHR accurately.
• Greet and direct patients, answer calls, and share information.
• Cross-train in front- and back-office duties (PM/PM side of EHR, scheduling, etc.).
