Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant to support our Castle Rock and Centennial clinics. You’ll assist with allergy testing, injections, spirometry, and front-office tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, documenting in the EHR, greeting patients, scheduling, and cross-training in front and back-office duties to support the full clinic cycle. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication with staff and patients.
• Ability to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Ability to take patient vital signs manually.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections (subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular).
• Conduct spirometry testing and document results.
• Manage EHR to record health information.
• Greet and direct patients and visitors.
• Answer calls and provide accurate information.
• Maintain clinical inventory and resupply as needed.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and logs and ensure accuracy.
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA protocols; cross-train for front/back-office duties.
