Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Grapevine, TX, seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to support clinical and front-office operations across Keller, Grapevine, and Flower Mound clinics. You will assist with allergy testing, injections, vitals, and patient flow.

This role requires strong communication, reliable patient care, and comfort with EHR systems. Training is provided; cross-training in front office duties is expected to ensure full-cycle clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Ability to administer injections (subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular).
• Ability to take vital signs accurately.
• Must relate well with patients and staff in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Escort patient to exam room; obtain vitals, medical history, and current medication list.
• Effectively communicate allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Conduct spirometry testing to assess lung function.
• Record data accurately in the EHR.
• Greet and direct patients and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information.
• Assist with front-office duties (scheduling, payments, CT authorizations).
• Maintain clinic inventory and end-of-day logs.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
