Job summary

GTA is seeking a Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist in Guam to perform a variety of trades and maintenance tasks. The role requires teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn new skills to support the team and customers.

You will handle HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work with guidance, follow blueprints, ensure safety, and maintain infrastructure records. The position emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and collaboration with other departments to meet business

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience in maintenance, alteration and repair of facilities and infrastructure; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• General knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical codes.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work with instruction.
• Test and maintain Telecom DC power plant equipment.
• Install, alter, maintain and repair electrical and plumbing systems and related devices.
• Maintain records in the infrastructure database and ensure safety practices on the job.
