Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician who will perform maintenance across facilities and equipment, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot, read blueprints, and follow safety standards while maintaining tools and equipment for reliable operation.

1–3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, and other maintenance items.
Performs routine preventative maintenance to keep machines and buildings in good condition.
Operates plant equipment and building automation systems; reads blueprints and plans.
Maintains tools, inventory, and ensures safe work practices and PPE usage.
On-call availability and mentorship to other technicians as needed.
