Job summary

GTA Data Centers is seeking a hands-on Facility Infrastructure Technician to support daily readiness of our data centers on Guam. You’ll engage in rack and stack, cabling support, RMA processing, vendor escort, and general site upkeep across a growing data center business.

Responsibilities include walkthroughs, incident response, and documenting work while coordinating with security and facilities teams. Travel between locations and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Practical hands-on ability with basic tools and facility support work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work safely around critical infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of data centers, telecom, or facilities is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to document completed work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between locations.
• Pass required background checks and follow security policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled walkthroughs of data halls, support rooms, and outdoor areas.
• Identify equipment issues, leaks, alarms, or unsafe conditions.
• Respond to alarms and incidents per escalation policies.
• Maintain clean and ready work and staging areas.
• Assist with rack, cabling, pathway, and data hall infrastructure work.
• Support installs, moves, adds, changes, and remote hands as needed.
• Assist with loading dock activities, packaging, and asset handling.
• Perform basic repairs within training limits.
