GTA is seeking a Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist in Guam to perform a variety of trades and maintenance tasks. The role requires teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn new skills to support the team and customers.

The Facilities & Maintenance team are a robust and energetic team that work well together and is cohesive. We are tasked to perform all types of facility work and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner. The work that we do and the environments we may encounter can be challenging at times but ensure we always stay safe.We have good working relationships with each other and with other departments and support each other every day.

The Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist will be tasked to complete a variety of trades projects and maintenance work. Because of this, the candidate we are in search of will need to be both team-oriented and self-motivated individuals. They need to be able to work in a team and also take initiative to complete the task at hand in timely fashion. In addition to this, the candidate must be willing to learn new skills and abilities to help themselves and other around them grow. Overall, this candidate will want to see the team and the people they serve succeed and win together.

As the Facilities and Infrastructure Specialist, you will perform general HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical (both AC & DC) work with specific instruction involving the maintenance, alteration and repair of facilities and infrastructure network and equipment.
