Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician at our Alcoa, TN communities to deliver outstanding resident service and maintain a high-quality living environment. You’ll handle work orders, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, and help keep residents proud to call our properties home.

Requirements include at least 1 year in property maintenance or related trade, flexible to property needs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• CPO certification is desired/required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
