Job summary

Proviso Township High Schools is seeking an All School Testing Facilitator for the Proviso East High School campus. The position supports a student organization, mentors students and coordinates activities in alignment with district policies.

The sponsor ensures safe, inclusive experiences, handles approvals, and maintains compliance with school and state guidelines while promoting leadership and involvement among students for academic balance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide active and effective supervision for all club activities, ensuring student safety and compliance with school policies.
• Ensure all off-campus activities are approved and transportation/permission slips are handled correctly.
• As a mandated reporter, comply with IL law training and reporting requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the activity and provide constructive feedback for student development.
• Guide students in planning inclusive, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the club's mission.
• Coordinate logistics and facility usage with school personnel to ensure safe events.
• Use feedback and data to improve the program and outcomes.
• Publicize meetings and events using district-approved platforms.
• Promote student involvement and leadership opportunities.
• Support student academic balance and collaborate with teachers and staff as needed.
• Enforce IHSA eligibility and district policies.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Communicate expectations clearly and enforce them to maintain order.
• Represent the club and district with professionalism.
• Manage the club budget and financial records in line with procedures.
• Submit required documentation and annual reports.
• Attend sponsor-related meetings and events.
• Comply with FERPA, Title IX and district policies on student confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
