Job summary

Proviso Township High Schools District 209 is seeking an All School Testing Facilitator at Proviso West High School. The sponsor will organize and supervise student clubs, mentor students, and serve as a liaison among students, staff, and administration to support safe, inclusive extracurricular activities.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, collaboration with teachers, and compliance with district policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide active supervision for club activities, ensuring student safety and compliance with policies.
• Ensure off-campus activities are approved and transportation arranged per district policy.
• As a mandated reporter, comply with training and reporting obligations.
• Guide students in planning meaningful, inclusive activities aligned with the club’s mission.
• Coordinate facility usage and logistics to ensure well-organized events.
• Promote student involvement and leadership opportunities.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding operations and events.
• Enforce attendance, behavior, and eligibility policies consistently.
