Total Wine & More in Shreveport, LA seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and cultivate a sales-driven, service-oriented culture. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure ongoing product knowledge and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and meeting KPIs while coordinating with management on front-end operations and merchandising. Candidates should have 1+ year supervisory retail experience and be 21+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Drive sales and deliver key performance metrics while ensuring a safe, compliant environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Support service, merchandising and front-end operations as needed.
