Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Albanian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join the on-site team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle Albanian-speaking customer inquiries via multiple channels, deliver high-quality service, and uphold data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Native Albanian language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of English to communicate in an international team.
• Previous experience in customer support or contact centre is advantageous, training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous customer support to Albanian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM with data protection compliance.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and ensure follow-up with customers.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal and team KPIs including CSAT, response times, and first contact resolution.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and internal procedures to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training and QA sessions.
