You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while representing premium clients with high service standards. The position requires native/fluent Arabic and strong English, with prior customer support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with an international team.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is highly preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and accuracy to maintain high satisfaction.
• Represent clients by upholding brand values and service protocols.
• Document cases in the CRM to ensure seamless service continuity.
