MISTRAS Group is seeking a highly organized Materials Coordinator to support field operations at the Kuparuk River Unit on Alaska's North Slope. This role manages planning, ordering, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of insulation, scaffolding, and related materials.

The Materials Coordinator serves as a liaison between field crews, warehouse, procurement, vendors, and client representatives to ensure materials are available for safe, efficient project execution on a rotational

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or related industrial environment.
  • Experience supporting insulation, scaffolding, maintenance, construction, or turnaround projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, order, track, receive, inventory control and distribute insulation and scaffolding materials.
  • Coordinate procurement, receipt, storage, tracking and issuance of scaffolding and insulation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine audits.
  • Collaborate with field crews, warehouse personnel, procurement teams, vendors, and client representatives.
  • Ensure materials are available for safe, timely project execution.
