MISTRAS Group is seeking a Materials Coordinator – Insulation & Scaffolding to support field operations at the Kuparuk River Unit on Alaska's North Slope. The role includes planning, ordering, tracking, receiving, and distributing insulation, scaffolding, and related materials to ensure safe, timely project execution.

This position serves as a liaison between field crews, warehouse personnel, procurement teams, vendors, and client representatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of material coordination, warehouse, or logistics experience.
  • Experience supporting insulation, scaffolding, or turnaround projects.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and rotation work on Alaska's North Slope.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement, receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of scaffolding and insulation materials.
  • Monitor inventories and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Review work plans and material forecasts to ensure availability.
  • Process material requests and coordinate deliveries to field locations.
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
  • Maintain inventory records and perform routine audits.
  • Coordinate logistics between warehouses, laydown yards, and field sites.
  • Forecast future material requirements with project teams.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of assets.
