Job summary

ESS Alaska is seeking a Corporate Task Force Food and Beverage Manager to lead on-site operations across multiple locations, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will supervise service teams, coordinate menus and events, and align purchasing with budgets while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership in remote hospitality settings, staff training, and collaboration with finance and operations to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Food Service operations, including production, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Experience in menu planning, catering coordination, and quality control.
• Proven customer service skills focused on client satisfaction and service recovery.
• Experience training team members and developing standard operating procedures.
• Budgeting and financial management skills, including forecasting and revenue analysis.
• Leadership experience in remote, hospitality, or institutional food service environments.

Responsibilities
