Job summary

Cornerstone General Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead Alaska commercial projects from startup through closeout. You will balance schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client expectations while building trusted client relationships and guiding project teams.

You’ll develop schedules, forecasts, manage procurement, and review contracts; mentor engineers and field staff; and strive for profitability and exceptional client service across complex, high-value builds in Alaska.

Qualifications

• What you bring includes leadership, communication, and business acumen to manage commercial construction projects.
• Experience in budget development and forecasting is essential.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and lead teams through complex builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award through final closeout and warranty.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate startup activities including procurement, subcontracting, permits, and mobilization.
• Monitor performance and resolve schedule, cost, quality, and resource challenges.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
