Qualifications

• 3 years of construction experience.
• 2 years of Project Engineering experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of commercial construction projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and documentation activities.
• Coordinate project communications between clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers and teams.
• Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and progress reviews.
• Assist with project closeout activities and turnover documentation.
• Track change orders, material procurement, and project costs.
• Support invoice review and project cost management.
• Help monitor project budgets, labor costs, and schedule performance.
• Maintain project records and reporting requirements and support internal controls.
