GCI Communication Corp. is seeking a Construction Manager I to lead multiple concurrent projects from concept through final construction, applying standard project management methods.

You will coordinate materials, equipment, teams, and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget across Alaska sites. This entry-level role requires close supervision but offers exposure to design, procurement, site visits, and cross-functional collaboration with customers and utilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year construction management experience to include developing SOWs, BOMs, and schedules.
• HS diploma; BS in relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to remote Alaska sites.

Responsabilidades

• Contract and oversee outside consultants and contractors.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings; perform site visits during construction.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules using Gantt and PERT charts.
• Define and create SOWs and BOMs; procure materials and equipment.
• Order and manage delivery of power and backhaul and maintain project documentation.
