Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction and infrastructure projects across Alaska, including remote sites and challenging environments. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost, coordinating with marine operations, estimating, and project controls to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor management, and the ability to navigate logistics from Anchorage to remote project locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction, project management, civil construction, infrastructure, logistics, or related industrial operations.
• Strong ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specs, schedules, and other project documents.
• Proficient with MS Office and project controls systems; capable of learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual performance.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, proposals, and other documents to identify requirements, risks, opportunities, and changes.
• Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, materials, and other resources for successful execution.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, safety, or client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal support departments.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and closeout requirements are completed accurately and timely.
