Job summary

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) seeks a Project Manager for Fairbanks, AK to lead DoD construction initiatives from planning to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and subcontractors to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.

The role requires six years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management, and an Alaska driver’s license. Local knowledge of Alaska regulations and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or equivalent DoD PM experience.
• Six years’ experience in Project Management.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Certified: Quality Management for Contractors (USACE)
• EM385-1-1 40-hour Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management to ensure contract compliance with plans, specs and quality plans.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with OSHA/EM-385 requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and senior management on updates.
• Prepare and submit plans for Government approval and conduct site visits.
