Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent DoD PM experience.
• Six years’ experience in Project Management.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to manage projects per contract, policies, and core values.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, quality control plans, and work plans.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and safety programs with site teams.
• Travel to job sites for site visits, pre-bid walks, and owner meetings.
• Prepare plan documents for Government approval and maintain client communications.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or equivalent DoD Project Management experience
