Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have Federal DoD contract experience.
• Safety experience in multi-trade construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with USACE and DoD customers in the MidAtlantic region.
• Must be US citizen and able to obtain / maintain security clearances if applicable.
• Experience supervising large industrial or commercial projects (> $500k).
• Experience with subcontractors, vendors, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Manage task order projects in the Washington DC region.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Oversee safety, quality control and risk management onsite.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress updates.
