Job summary

Stampede Ventures, Inc. in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction and civil projects for government and private sector clients.

The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, safety programs, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and EM385 requirements.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction management and six years of PM experience are preferred; valid Alaska driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent DoD PM experience.
• Six years' experience in project management.
• Valid Alaska Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Certifications: EM385-1-1 40-hour and USACE QMC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closeout while ensuring contract compliance.
• Develop and manage schedules and budgets for multiple sites.
• Establish and maintain site quality control programs.
• Facilitate safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance (EM-385, OSHA).
• Coordinate submittals, RFI's and approvals with clients and subcontractors.
