Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent
• Level of Experience Requirements : 1-2 years’ experience in commercial or government construction sites
• 1 Aid/CPR (or ability to complete the course within 14 days of hire)
• OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained after employment)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

• Operation of forklift and manlifts

Preferred

• HAZWOPER Experience
• Experience with Infection Control measure installation
• Drywall patching and painting experience

Supervisory Responsibilities

· This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be physically capable of operating light construction equipment. This project also requires exposure to element of temperature extremes.

The Project Quality Control Manager duties are performed in both office and field (construction site) settings. Occasional travel may be required. It also requires adjusting work time to accommodate the project demands.

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
