Job summary

STG Inc. seeks an on-site Project Manager I to lead planning, coordination, and financial oversight for Alaska design/build projects from Anchorage. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring safety and compliance with contract requirements.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments, field personnel, and regulatory agencies, with travel to remote job sites as needed. A bachelor’s degree and PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 1+ year of construction project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with budgets, cost tracking, and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage small-to-mid scale design/build and construction projects in Alaska.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and field operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; review plans and change requests.
