Job summary

Brinks Home in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites. You will visit homes daily, troubleshoot panels, replace components, and educate customers on system operation while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience with alarm systems.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with alarm systems and low-voltage installations.
• NICET I or low-voltage certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites.
• Visit customer homes and build lasting relationships.
• Troubleshoot alarm panels (2GIG, Qolsys, Ademco, GE, DSC, DMP).
• Perform system diagnostics and component replacements as needed.
• Provide customer demonstrations and training on system operation.
• Maintain safety and organize the job site for each visit.
