Zeus Fire and Security is seeking a Service Coordinator - Tier I to ensure high-quality customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and dispatch field technicians. This role supports 24/7 system functionality and involves extensive coordination with internal teams and customers.

The position emphasizes telephone and email communication, problem resolution, and accurate documentation of service tickets. A fast-paced environment and strong administrative skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, both technical and administrative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone and remotely program intrusion systems.
• Investigate and resolve service problems by identifying root causes and following up with customers.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians for service requests, emergencies, and routine inspections.
• Support field technicians remotely by completing administrative tasks and documenting service tickets.
• Enter and track service work orders and verify completion of technician tasks.
