Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security is looking for a reliable Dispatcher/Operator to join the UAS Central Monitoring Station team in Willistown Township, Pennsylvania. You will monitor alarms, manage emergency responses, and provide excellent customer service to support our field teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and prior experience in a relevant environment. Flexibility to work various shifts and a clear background are required. Join us to play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients’ assets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dispatch, call center, security, or central station environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm signals and video surveillance systems in real time.
• Dispatch police, fire, emergency services, or security personnel as needed.
• Accurately document alarm events, call activity, and incident details.
• Provide customer support during alarms or service inquiries.
• Maintain clear, accurate communication with clients and field technicians.
