Qualifications

• Three years of technical support work experience or equivalent experience.
• Extensive PC use is required for long periods depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Update customer data and produce activity reports.
• Walk customers through problem solving processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and feedback.
• Provide on-call support for UAS customers as assigned.
• Complete paperwork, data entry, and unit configuration for video equipment installations and service calls.
